What is a turn key solution?

A turn key solution is simply the bundling of hardware and software together into one complete package.  We can help you select a computer that will suit your needs and even purchase and configure the system for you.  Cinergy™ is a robust software package, yet it doesn't require a robust computer configuration to run efficiently.  However, there are many options that you can add onto Cinergy™ that may require more hardware and more consideration.  If you aren't sure what would be the right configuration for you let our team of experts help you find the perfect match for your needs.

What do I need in order to capture timecode on the set?

The Cinergy software interfaces with a number of different timecode readers.  Some, like the Denecke TC-Jr., are jam synced with a master clock then Cinergy™ can access the free running time code from the TC-Jr.   Others are direct analog-to-digital timecode readers. What do I need in order to use Cinergy VideoAssist?

Cinergy Video Assist requires a video input device, video capture card, or onboard video input port that is compatible with Microsoft DirectX Technology.   Most modern capture cards will support this standard.   Learn more about hardware connections for Cinergy VideoAssist.
