The
Cinergy software requires that your computer be configured to
use several American English settings in your Windows
configuration. We are continually enhancing the Cinergy
software, and adding support for countries outside the United
States is one of these efforts, but until then, these settings
are a requirement for proper operation of the
Cinergy software.
Be sure to shut down Cinergy
before changing these settings.

Start
the Windows Control Panel.
Do this by clicking on Start >
Settings > Control Panel

Start
the Regional Options applet.
Do this by double-clicking on the icon titled Regional
Options icon.

Click
on the "Numbers" tab and change the settings as shown
below.
a) Change the decimal symbol to be a period (dot).
b) Change the digit grouping symbol to be a comma.

Click on the
"Time" tab and change the settings as shown below.

Click on the
"Date" tab and change the settings as shown below.
When the settings changes are complete, click the
"Apply" button to save your changes.
